《Obsessed》, A Woman’s Love May Claim A Man’s Life

This is what a Korea movie “Obsessed” depicted — a man sacrificied his life because he let himself indulged into a woman’s love and became obsessed to it.

One may argue that this is a fiction only. But haven’t we heard enough tragedies taken places in the name of love in the real world?

The sad fact is that “Love”, this charming and delighting word, unfortunately has been abused purposedly by the selfish ones too often and contaminated by the naive people’s blood too much. And even worse, there seems no end to it.

In 1 Corithian Chapter 13 verses 4-8, God tells us what true love is: “4 Love is patient, love is kind, it is not envious. Love does not brag, it is not puffed up. 5 It is not rude, it is not self-serving, it is not easily angered or resentful. 6 It is not glad about injustice, but rejoices in the truth. 7 It bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. 8 Love never ends.”

Would this Korean movie stand no chance had we lived upto the love told by God? I think I know the right answer, and this world’s answer as well.

(By the way, personally I believe woman and man are interchangeable in the subject line”)

Love is a simple word, yet a hard topic to discuss.
Where did you see the movie? I can only find the trailer.

Agreed to your comment — concise and touching the point!
I was lucky watching it a few days ago from letv.com. The movie is not available anymore for people outside of Mainland China.
